ALM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
THE SWEEPSTAKES
ALM Media, LLC (“ALM”) will award the first 50 respondents (“Respondent” or “you”) with one Amazon® gift card in the amount of US $10 (the “Prize”). The following terms and conditions shall apply to your participation in this Sweepstakes (“Terms and Conditions”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of ALM, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not eligible to participate or win. Respondents that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER
The Sweepstakes will begin on October 6, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on November 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). You may submit one entry (“Entry”) during the Entry Period by filling out and submitting one online survey, a link and instructions to which has been emailed to you (you may need to cut and paste this link into your browser) (the “Survey”). Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address/household during the Entry Period. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. All Entries must be submitted during the Entry Period to be eligible.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The first 50 Respondents who complete and submit the Survey during the Entry Period will each receive one Prize, subject to verification. ALM will notify potential winners via email within ten (10) business days following the end of the Entry Period. Potential winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of receipt and provide all requested information, including a completed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and any other required documents. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days after verification. Odds of receiving a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period, but are limited to the first 50.
PRIZE DETAILS
Fifty (50) Prizes: Each a $10 Amazon® gift card (ARV: $10.00 USD each; Total ARV: $500.00 USD). Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes except at ALM’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Amazon® gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Amazon.com, which are incorporated herein by reference.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
By submitting your Entry into the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have all rights, power, authority, and necessary consents or permission to enter the Sweepstakes; (ii) you are the Authorized Holder of the e-mail address used to enter the Sweepstakes (if the Entry is submitted by e-mail or by completing the online Survey); and (iii) you are in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
RELEASE
BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AND EACH OF YOUR HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS RELEASE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS ALM AND ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER REGARDING OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, OR TRAVEL TO/FROM ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS OF PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered Entries; Entries that are altered, delayed, or deleted due to any technical or transmission malfunction, error, or failure; or for any printing, typographical, or other errors in these Terms and Conditions or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
ALM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the Terms and Conditions. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, loss of data, or technical failures of any sort. ALM is not responsible for any human error or computer malfunctions, nor for any event that disrupts the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ALM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Information collected from Entrants is subject to ALM’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.law.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, you consent to the use of your personal information as described therein.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall apply New York law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and apply statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law. The arbitration shall be held in New York, NY, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
