HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – The clock is ticking on the Capitol. At midnight lawmakers will adjourn and any enterprise that hasn’t been taken up for a vote primarily dies.

One main challenge residents need lawmakers to sort out is cracking down on juvenile crime, particularly repeat offenders. The Juvenile Justice Crime Invoice we’ve been reporting on is lastly being debated by the state Senate.
