With less than a day left in the coronavirus vaccine in Delhi, about 30,000 doses were given on July 19, a bulletin released on Tuesday said. The national capital had a balance stock of 2,63,170 coronavirus vaccines on Tuesday morning, of which 1,95,290 doses were covyshield and 67,880 covacins, according to figures shared by the government.
However, only 20 percent of the covacin stock is to be used, as its stock is limited and there are irregularities in the delivery cycle, noted. Only 25,986 doses were administered on Monday, of which 16,704 were first doses and 9,282 second doses.
93,838,468 in the national capital so far. The number of vaccine doses given is 22,25,292 second doses. Delhi’s current vaccination capacity is at 47,605 doses per day.
