Russian President Vladimir Putin banned transactions with and exports to sanctioned figures on a quickly to be printed listing, in response to a decree he signed Tuesday.

The strikes are available in response to “unfriendly and contradictory to worldwide regulation actions of the USA and international states and worldwide organizations that joined it, that are aimed toward illegally depriving and limiting Russia’s and Russian residents’ property rights.”

Putin’s framework decree that entered into pressure Tuesday forbids the export of merchandise and uncooked supplies to the “unfriendly” individuals and entities.

He ordered the federal government to draft an inventory of sanctioned figures as a part of so-called “particular financial measures” inside 10 days.

Putin’s decree instructs the Finance Ministry to offer official statements on the enforcement of Russia’s counter-sanctions.

Putin beforehand banned the export of Russian commodities till Dec. 31, 2022, in response to the U.S. embargo on oil and gasoline imports in March. 

Russia has been hit with unprecedented western sanctions and enterprise exits in response to its invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24.
