Kseniya Alexandrova was a Russian model, television host, psychologist, and beauty pageant titleholder who represented Russia at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant. Born on November 12, 1994, in Moscow, she began her modeling career at 19 with the Modus Vivendis agency. She was first runner-up at the Miss Russia 2017 competition, which led to her participation in Miss Universe 2017, where she did not place in the top 16 semifinalists. The pageant was won by Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters of South Africa.
Beyond pageantry, Alexandrova was academically accomplished. She graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 2016 with a degree in Finance and Credit, completed studies at the High School of Cinema and Television “Ostankino” in 2020, and earned a psychology degree from Moscow Pedagogical State University in 2022, later working as a psychologist and psychodrama therapist. She married in March 2025.
Tragically, Alexandrova passed away on August 12, 2025, at age 30, following a car accident in Tver Oblast on July 5, 2025. While riding as a passenger, an elk crashed through the car’s windshield, causing severe brain injuries. She was hospitalized in the Sklifosovsky Institute for Emergency Medicine but succumbed to her injuries. Her modeling agency and the Miss Universe Organization paid tribute to her, describing her as a symbol of beauty, kindness, and inner strength.
