Emerald Holding, Inc. (NYSE: EEX) has appointed Erica Bartsch as its new Executive Vice President of Strategy and Communications, effective March 17, 2025. In this role, Bartsch will oversee strategy, investor relations, corporate communications, and strategic partnerships, collaborating with the executive team to align key stakeholders. Her appointment supports Emerald’s ongoing efforts to refine its portfolio, enhance digital capabilities, and create innovative B2B experiences that connect businesses, buyers, and brands.
Bartsch brings over 20 years of experience, joining Emerald from Sloane & Company, where she was Senior Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations and Capital Markets. She previously worked as an equities research analyst at Rochdale Securities and held sales and marketing roles at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. With a strong background in corporate strategy and financial communications, she is well-positioned to drive Emerald’s growth. Bartsch holds an M.A. in International Relations from Boston University and a B.A. in International Affairs from Lafayette College, where she graduated with honors.
