It should be consumed as meal replacement diet to help you achieve the weight loss goals. It is high in protein, rich in fiber and has low GI value. It is an excellent source of 25 vitamins and minerals with a delicious chocolate flavor to combine taste and nutrition. Method of Preparation: Measure 200 ml of pre-boiled water (room temperature) and pour into a clean container. Take 6 levelled scoops (approx. 50g) of OPTIFAST POWDER. Use only the enclosed scoop. Gradually add powder to the water and stir briskly until the powder has completely dissolved. The total feed volume would be approx. 244 ml for weight loss. Storage: Tear off the rings. Close the cap tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. After opening the pouch, consume the contents within 4 weeks. Important Notice: The reconstituted feed should be consumed immediately. Not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition. Contains Acesulfame Potassium. Not recommended for children.
