Sell More Homes, a high-growth operations consultancy for real estate agents, is looking for a proactive Client Success Manager. This isn’t an administrative role; you will be the primary strategist and protector of the client experience, ensuring real estate agents across North America see measurable growth using AI and digital marketing.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $36,000 CAD/year

Target OTE (On-Target Earnings): $100,000+ CAD (once ramped, including performance bonuses for retention and upsells)

Your Core Mission
Your goal is to ensure clients get results, stay supported, and renew their partnerships. You will:

Own the Onboarding: Lead kickoff calls, set KPIs, and manage client expectations from day one.

Drive Performance: Proactively review dashboards and fix lead-generation drops before the client notices.

Strategic Communication: Lead weekly/bi-weekly check-ins and handle “at-risk” conversations to turn frustrated clients into success stories.

Retention & Growth: You are accountable for renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.

Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between the client and media buyers, tech support, and VAs.
You Are the Ideal Candidate If:

You have 2+ years in account management, client success, or agency operations.

You understand digital marketing (Meta Ads Manager) and CRM systems (Go High Level).

You are a “fixer” who doesn’t need heavy direction to manage your day.

You are comfortable having direct, sometimes difficult, conversations with business owners.

You can spot a problem in the data before it becomes a crisis.
This Role is NOT for You If:

You treat client success as “admin” or note-taking work.

You wait for instructions to handle a problem.

You are uncomfortable with performance-based bonuses tied to retention.
